- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Tried to ring the surgery from 1 pm onwards to order A repeat prescription as directed ( after 11 am) and I was no 2 in the que...for 10 minutes. I finished the callandcre dialed to end up no 3 in thecque. I hung on for another 12 minutes. Then iI went directly to the surgery. I asked the receptionist, who had no problem in coming to the window, for a repeat prescription. She was not on the phone and the phone was not ringing it was on the desk, not in use. As I stepped outside of the surgery I rang them on my mobile and guess what? I was no 3 in the que. So if you want your phone call answered and not pay for sitting in a question, dont bother ringing at dinner timeBy Admin, November 24, 2018
