- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Bought a reclining 2 seater settee with one matching chair in November, couldnt deliver until early December 2015. When it was finally delivered the matching chair is the wrong colour altogether. Rang customer services (they are a joke!) who tells me the right one cant be delivered until 21st December 2015. Today they came to deliver the replacement Woopee all matching furniture for Xmas .... WRONG!!!! The delivery of my chair was the same colour as the one they had delivered previous. Still no matching chair for my settee. I now have a tan settee with a dark brown chair looks great when my family arrive from Spain. Tried to ring the Blackburn store today (21st) with a recorded message that they are closed until Boxing day (Good long holidays they get at Harveys). so I then rang customer services ...... after 25mins waiting in a queue I gave up with that idea. Its looking like my suite isnt going to match until 2016 .... So .... Merry Christmas Harveys hope your festive season is better than mine is going to be.
